Terms & Conditions – Bin Amin & AlSaafar Alamin Travel & Tours

By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acknowledgement

  • By confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all travelers in your booking.

  • You also agree that you have read and understood the details of your chosen package.


2. Bookings & Payments

  • A deposit or full payment is required to secure bookings.

  • Prices are subject to change due to fuel, exchange rates, airline/hotel adjustments, or government taxes.

  • Payments must be made through our authorized channels only.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing/email.

  • Cancellation charges apply depending on the time of notice before departure.

  • No refunds for no-shows, visa rejections, unused services, or early departures.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will exclude non-refundable costs (airline, hotel, visa, insurance).


4. Travel Documents & Visas

  • Travelers must carry valid passports (minimum 6 months validity) and required visas.

  • Visa assistance may be provided, but approval is at the sole discretion of authorities.

  • We are not liable for denial of boarding, refusal of entry, deportation, or related losses.


5. Flights

  • Flight timings, airlines, and routes are subject to change.

  • Passenger names must match passport details exactly.

  • We are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or additional costs incurred.

  • Baggage allowance is as per airline rules.


6. Ground Services & Accommodation

  • Hotels, transport, and itineraries may change due to availability, weather, or operational reasons.

  • Alternative arrangements of equal or higher standard will be provided where possible.

  • Personal expenses (tips, laundry, meals not included, phone calls, medical, optional tours) are the traveler’s responsibility.


7. Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering cancellation, medical, baggage, and accidents.

  • We are not liable for costs due to illness, accidents, theft, delays, or force majeure events.


8. Group & Private Tours

  • Group tours require a minimum number of participants; if not met, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Travelers must follow group schedules and remain with the group unless otherwise agreed.


9. Changes by Company

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, political events, low group size, operational issues).

  • If canceled by us, customers will be offered an alternative tour or refund (excluding visa/insurance costs).


10. Refusal of Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any traveler from a tour for:

    • Unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior

    • Possession of prohibited substances

    • Non-compliance with tour rules


11. Special Requests

  • Dietary, mobility, or other special requests must be mentioned at the time of booking.

  • Requests are not guaranteed and subject to availability.


12. Shopping & Personal Purchases

  • We are not responsible for goods purchased during tours.

  • All transactions are solely between the traveler and the vendor.


13. Liability & Responsibility

  • We act as agents for airlines, hotels, and transport providers.

  • We are not responsible for delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service.


14. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the UAE.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan/UAE.


15. Complaints

  • Any complaint must be reported immediately to our representative during the trip so it can be addressed.

  • If unresolved, written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of returning from the tour.
